Your Guide to the Global Village

Wheather your team is traveling globally or regionally (What's the difference?), you can learn the tips to develop your global village teams program. In your guide you can find the details on certification, step-by-step guide to host and send volunteer teams across the borders, and how to communicate with volunteers before and after the trip.

National Volunteer Teams

More and more volunteer teams are traveling and building within their own country, the local Habitat offices are asked to both host and send volunteer teams. To better support those coordinators who are planning to develop program for national volunteer teams, volunteer managers in Asia-Pacific regional office are now finalizing the program details.

To efficiently receive feedbacks from the teams and evaluate our programs, it is very important for you and the teams you are hosting to participate in this online survey. The results would also be used by the area office volunteer programs team to better support the development of the programs.

* If you are unable to access the internet for the team to complete their evaluations, you can print out the online form and request the Team Leader and Team Members to complete it prior to leaving the country.  (For Host Coordinators, Please complete your evaluation online within 5 days after the team's departure)
* Thereafter, you can key in the inputs (enter the data) into the online "Survey Monkey" OR
* Submit/mail the hard copies to the AREA OFFICE in Bangkok.
