The International Volunteer Program connects volunteers from around the world with Habitat for Humanity?s mission. From the beginning, Habitat has relied on the spirit, commitment and expertise of volunteers who carry Habitat?s message and methodology around the world.
Before planing for International Volunteers in your country, it's important to get the basics right! Review the certification process, write position discriptions, identify emergency management plan, review roles and responsibilities and tips for managing the international volunteers in your office.

Regional Individual Volunteers
Also called as AP-IVP (Asia-Pacific Individual Volunteer Program), they are individual volunteers traveling from outside Asia Pacific region for long-term tasks at national offices, affiliates, Habitat Resource Centers (HRCs) or regional offices.
