- Site Build as one by one house; may not be a community
- May host 1 team at a time of 10-15 maximum team members
- May host traditional GV Trip Itinerary (5 Day Build, 1 Welcome & 1 Farewell Dinner)
- Interaction with Habitat home partners only during the build
- May offer up to 5 slots on the VMS for one calendar year
- May have a part-time staff for Volunteer Programs and may engage volunteers to help host during GV Team Builds

- Site Build homes within a community
- May host up to 3 teams at a time of 10-15 maximum team member per team
- May host traditional GV Trip Itinerary and other PRE-AGREED ITINERARIES
- Interaction with Habitat home partners during build and other community integration activities
- May offer up to 10 slots on the VMS for one calendar year
- Have a full time staff for Volunteer Programs

- Site Build homes and communities; HRC
- May host up to 5 teams at a time of up to 20 team members per team
- May host Traditional GV Trip Itinerary and other PRE-AGREE ITINERARIES
- May host BLITZ BUILDS, EVENTS, ETC
- Interaction with Habitat home partners during build and other community integration activities
- May offer more than 10 slots on the VMS per one calendar year
- May offer COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
- Have a full time staff for GV and other Volunteer Programs staff
- Ideal site for partnerships
